Clarissa and her assistant did a fabulous job! We had a mixed Asian/American style wedding with lots of dress changes. She designed a wonderful style that worked fantastically with all of the outfits! And both the hair and makeup stayed completely in place all day, without feeling too heavy or stiff. She gave me a very natural look like I wanted with the makeup, but it made me look amazing in the photos. They arrived at our location before us in the morning, and were ready to go from the start. Amazing job! We were VERY happy with the results.

If I could give Clarissa 10 stars I would! I orginially booked her for hair and had another person for make up. Turns out, that make up artist double-booked an event so close to my wedding which cause him to be unavailable AND on the phone, he went off on how the other client was more important than me. When I complained, wanting a refund, he called me, "crazy an unstable." How unprofessional! Thank God for Clarissa! When she did my make up trial session, she did such an amazing job and used make up techniques I had never seen before. I had complete strangers compliment my make up when I went into work after having a trial session with her! Her make up was soooooo much better than my previous make up with the other artist. When strangers compliment you, you know something is right! I felt so beautiful on the day of my wedding. Thank you Clarissa for making my wedding dreams come true. Most importantly, THANK YOU for your professionalism!

Stop looking for your hair and makeup artist and book Clarissa NOW! I spent a lot of time looking over reviews for this very important role and I would recommend her to anyone for a special occasion in the DC area. I booked her for my October, 2011 wedding at Belmont Country Club and I would do it again! Clarissa and her team are very talented and did their work on-site, the day went so smooth that my bridesmaids and I had extra time to take pictures! She even left (because we had extra time) to run to the nearby mall to pick up a hair comb that I described and it PERFECTED the look!!!!! Clarissa and her team exceeded my expectations AND they were actually the most affordable team that I found in the area! I booked a large party (I had 7 bridesmaids and my Mom done) and my hair and makeup was free on my wedding day! Clarissa took her time for my trial and really listened to what I was looking for. She is a perfectionist and a professional, took several pictures during the trial so she could repeat the look she created. She made me feel beautiful and I could tell that each of my bridesmaids felt the same way. We all looked like ourselves which was important to me, I didn't want to look like someone else on my wedding day. I highly recommend Clarissa for any special occasion hair and makeup services. Her work is beatiful, professional, and affordable...and someone who is willing to run out to a mall for that finishing touch is someone who clearly has a passion!! I would have given 6 stars if it was possible!

I am so glad I found her! Not only talented, but affordable and fun to be with. I was glad to have someone with me before the wedding that was relaxed and kept me that way! She can up with a great hair style choice for me and listened to issued I have had prior. Highly recccomended!

Clarissa was amazing for both hair and makeup. I originally booked her for makeup only and after my fiance didn't like my makeup for the trial, I went back for a second one and she did it perfectly. My wedding day makeup looked great as well - I have bad skin and everyone said it looked flawless! She also saved the day with my hair. After my original stylist fell through, she was able to do my hair as well as 7 other girls at the last minute on the wedding day as well - and she did a great job! Her prices were very reasonable as well. She did fantastic work and I would highly recommend her.

Clarissa and Creative Images must be sorely underrated, because in all of my weddingwire research, I had not come across her and her company. Instead, I was referred to her by a friend who had gotten married the year before and used her. Clarissa was truly fabulous on the day of my wedding. I gave her a general idea of the style that I wanted at my trial, and she pulled off what I had given her. But another photo from her website had been nagging at me so much, that I decided to take the risk and wing it fresh on the day of. Clarissa did not hesitate. Even though the image on her website was for a woman with hair down to her waist, she made it work for me. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for - classic with a twist. My hair remained perfect throughout the entire night, and because she was so careful to re-place any pins that were painful, my head did not even hurt after 8 hours with 100 (seemingly) pins in it. I got soooo many compliments on my hair, it was almost like a piece of artwork (I will admit, it came out unique and even better than I had imagined). As I mentioned before, Lori and Clarissa were the absolute perfect tag team. Clarissa was extremely professional and friendly. She ended up having to do 5 hair styles (including mine), and my sister-in-law's makeup, and managed to do all of it within the time constraints. I definitely have to give props to her and to Lori for keeping us all on track and on time. :) I must also add that in the haste of the wedding day, I completely forgot to pay her for my mom's hair. I felt so awful, that I emailed her as soon as I remembered. She said she realized it after she left, but didn't want to bother me on the honeymoon. It was very much appreciated. :) I will definitely be referring Clarissa to everyone I know in the area.

Clarissa and her assistant did a great job on our hair and makeup for my wedding! My mother and I went in for a trial and both of us liked what she came up with. After leaving the trial though, I had a few issues with my hair and makeup but on the day of my wedding I told her my concerns and she made all the changes and it looked great! I also had a birdcage veil for my wedding which I didn't have at the trial. It was a little big but she managed to get the fascinator and veil on perfectly (with just a few extra bobby pins)! Her and her assistant did a fantastic job and were so quick and professional. They did 7 people's hair and makeup with no breaks or confusion. Everyone commented on how great my hair and makeup looked that day along with my bridesmaids. Some people just took pictures of the back of my head so they could show people my hair! I also saw a few pictures from my photographer already and everything looked great! My bridesmaids even commented that by the end of the night, both their hair and makeup had stayed on impeccably, even after hours of dancing. My only issue was that sometimes it was little hard to get a hold of her but overall she did a great job and I loved my hair and makeup!

Clarissa and the whole team showed up at my house, perhaps a little earlier than we'd agreed, but rather her earlier than later... The hair and makeup for everyone looked fantastic. Mine lated ALLLLLL night. In our very last photos, I look as fresh and put together as I do in the first photos. I was amazed, especially since I danced all night. I'm thrilled with their work and will be recommending them to friends!
